Pinch, punch it’s World Vegan Month!
Today is World Vegan Day and this month is “a time to recognise how far the vegan movement has come, to highlight how accessible and beneficial a vegan lifestyle is and to encourage the vegan-curious to adopt veganism by sharing advice, recipes and ideas”.
Which is where we come in – over the next 30 days, we will be bringing to you all of the tips we could possibly think of, to help those of you who are curious, or new to the vegan lifestyle on your journey.

This year marks 75 years since The Vegan Society was founded. Back then, it would have been a completely different world for vegans. Imagine! No oat milk or vegan cheese, no seitan or sausage rolls, no Vego bars or vegan Ben & Jerry’s. It was just straight-up vegetables, soya milk and tofu.
So today, on World Vegan Day, let’s celebrate the little victories! Vegan or not, we can all appreciate the amount of cruelty-free products gracing the shelves across the world.
